Our story
Why a ladder
Most hot sauce is sold one of two ways: as a condiment that barely registers, or as a dare with a skull on it. Neither helps the person at the table who wants a bit more heat and has no idea where to start.
So we put every sauce on one printed scale. Six sauces, six rungs, and the same 10-segment bar on every label, filled to the heat. You can read it before you pour it, start low, and climb with whoever's sitting next to you.
The names follow a lark's day as it climbs: First Light, Daybreak, High Noon, Updraft, Thermal, Afterglow. A lark sings on the way up. Hot sauce should feel the same.

Sold in packs, on purpose
One bottle never survives a dinner. Every sauce comes in threes and sixes, and the flights put three neighbouring rungs side by side so you can taste your way up before you choose.
